These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Oikaze Labs platform and related services (the "Service") provided by Oikaze Labs, Inc. ("Oikaze Labs", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy parts of the Service except as permitted
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written agreement
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing on prospective billing cycles with reasonable notice.
5. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, you may export your content for a reasonable period.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Oikaze Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
